Yamato Carburetor Float

Yamato Carburetor Float

Yamato float settings, measurement is from the top of the float pin to the top of the float. Model 80 is 1", Model 101, 102, 202 & 302 is 1 1/4".

If you have fuel dripping from the venturi of the carburetor (especially when the bow of the boat is lower than the transom) try lower the float a 1/16", but no more than 1/8"

If you still have fuel leaking check the integrity of the float pin and float seat for debris of worn parts.
